TASTING NOTES: golden yellow with a slight opacity, it opens with a range of aromas recalling yellow rose, elderberry flower, mimosa, peach, papaya, orange blossom, then butter, white chocolate, honey, vanilla and clayey mineral notes. On the palate it is smooth and warm, then full-flavoured and full-bodied. Fresh and lingering on the finish with pleasant notes of candied citron and sweet almond.
FOOD PAIRINGS: risotto with porcini mushrooms and saffron, raviolis with prized white truffle, spaghetti with lobster, baked mackerel, baked turbot with olives cherry tomatoes and potatoes, cheese wrapped in walnut leaves.
