THE FARMHOUSE
The Fiorini farmhouse is an emotional destination.
Whether it is chosen for a relaxing holiday or a gourmet stay, our land always offers genuine emotions. The courtyard of the farmhouse provides a familiar and welcoming setting where wines can be sampled in pairing with the best local produce.

A ROOF OF GRAPES
A striking view: several hundreds of bunches of Bianchello del Metauro are lifted using a pulley and left hanging from hooks to dry in the attic, from grape harvest until Christmas. This is how our Monsavium Vin Santo is produced.
``In Marche, as far as I know, the real and fine Vin Santo is produced only at Cantine Fiorini of Barchi, and it is made with Bianchello del Metauro. I saw an attic with thousands of hanging bunches being dried and, below, trays filled with sulphur to keep insects away``.
Sergio Anselmi, a writer from Senigallia

THE MUSEUM
This is a space, adjacent to the picture gallery, where tools and instruments telling the history of the local area and of the vine and wine cycle are displayed: handicraft and agricultural tools used for animal breeding, vine-growing and wine-making. This collection was set up in collaboration with the writer Sergio Anselmi more than 50 years ago and has been extended thanks to the passionate and scrupulous work by Silvana Fiorini, who was the first ``woman of wine`` in Marche.
The Museum is a romantic look to the past.
It is memory for those who were part of it and history for the youngest.

THE PICTURE GALLERY
A plunge into the past of Azienda Fiorini with old photos portraying the family and the daily life of farmers (men and women) from the area. A visual story made up of images from 1900 to date, showing the commitment and passion underlying Fiorini's history with photos framing some of the company's main events: the meeting with Nobel-prize Dario Fo or the visit by chef Vissani to the winery. Finally, certificates, diplomas, awards, articles from national newspapers...
The gallery is currently being renovated.
