TASTING NOTES: pale cherry pink colour, on the nose there are hints of freesia, raspberry, wild strawberry and cherry with a mineral finish. Enticing palate thanks to its freshness and elegant salinity with fruity overtones and a clear-cut finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: cured pork with rind, ciauscolo (soft spreadable minced pork salami), beef tartar, marinated salmon, pasta with vegetables and sausage, fish soup with fresh tomato, charcoal-grilled blue fish.
